Hotel Information
We have reserved a hotel block at the Expedition Lodge from 10/5-10/7. We will have a shuttle service from the hotel to and from the wedding venue.
To reserve a room in the hotel block, call +1 970-586-5363 and ask to reserve a room in the Woods-Intrater Wedding Block.
Room Details
The rooms are either 1 king bed or 2 doubles, but you can ask for a cot as well.
We have only blocked off the nights of October 5th and October 6th, but you can also reserve additional nights at the hotels availability.

Cancellation Policy
180 days prior - 75% Refund
179 to 91 days prior - 50% Refund
90 to 31 days prior - 20% Refund
30 days prior - 10% Refund
